Detail Theory Studio is part of Detail Theory (ABN 98 283 653 134), 25/49 Shore Street West, Cleveland QLD 4163.

Prices

All prices include GST. “From” prices are the starting price for that service. The final price depends on the size and condition of your car and the options you choose, and is confirmed in your quote before any work starts. Paint coatings include a single-step paint correction; any further correction is quoted separately before it’s done.

Quotes

A quote request isn’t a booking. We’ll confirm the price and a date with you before any work is done, and a deposit is required to confirm a booking. If the car’s condition is different from what was described when it arrives, we’ll talk to you before doing anything that changes the price.

Warranties

Coating warranties are provided by Gtechniq and depend on the product applied: 5 years for C1 Crystal Lacquer and Crystal Serum Light, and 9 years for Crystal Serum Ultra. Gtechniq’s warranty terms, including the aftercare they require, apply. We’ll go through these with you when you collect the car.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
