Choosing a coating
Which coating do I need?

What's the difference between the 5 and 9 year options?
The paint coating. The 5 year option uses Gtechniq C1 Crystal Lacquer or Crystal Serum Light, chosen to suit your paint. The 9 year option uses Crystal Serum Ultra.
Can matte or satin paint be coated?
Yes, with Gtechniq C1, which carries a 5 year warranty. It's the only coating we use on matte and satin paint.
Will a coating stop stone chips?
No. Coatings make paint harder to mark when washing and far easier to keep clean, but stone chips need paint protection film.
Bringing your car in
How long will you have my car?
About 2 days for new car protection and ceramic coating. Interior coating takes about 3 hours, and wheels, glass and trim about an hour each.
Where do I drop it off?
25/49 Shore Street West, Cleveland. We're in the heart of Cleveland, right behind the Salvation Army in the new commercial units. We're number 25: look out for our bright green entry door.
Is my car safe while it's with you?
It stays inside the studio the whole time, the studio is covered by CCTV, the car is insured while it's with us, and the keys go off-site every night.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm. Closed Sunday.
Prices and warranties
Is paint correction included?
A single-step paint correction is included with every paint coating and new car protection package. If your paint needs more than that, we quote the extra correction job by job before any work starts.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the car and the coatings you choose. Send a quote request and we'll reply within one business day with a price.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this site and in our quotes includes GST.
Who backs the warranty?
Gtechniq. As an accredited installer we register your coating with Gtechniq when you pick the car up, and we'll explain the aftercare that keeps the warranty valid.
